About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as a solutions partner for clients and agencies, covering product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization
- Stay current on product developments, market trends, and competitor activity
- Build Test & Learn frameworks using TikTok’s measurement solutions
- Drive adoption of Pixels, SDKs, MMPs, and TikTok Shop integrations
- Develop and deliver narratives, workshops, and business reviews
- Manage and grow post sale relationships with clients and agencies
- Own end to end campaign executional checks and optimization
- Compile, analyse, and present campaign data and insights
- Build trusting relationships with clients, agencies, and cross functional teams
- Champion product adoption and lead execution of programs and betas
- Track and report on revenue impact tied to campaign activities
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through case studies, playbooks, or internal learning sessions
Requirements
- 5+ years in client services, account, or campaign management in digital performance marketing
- Hands on experience on platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google
- Strong understanding of digital media KPIs
- Proven experience managing complex, multi market campaign portfolios
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards)
- High oral fluency in Arabic and English

Being a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders
- Act as a solutions partner for clients and agencies, covering product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization.
- Stay current on product developments, market trends, vertical movements, and competitor activity.
- Build Test & Learn frameworks leveraging TikTok’s measurement solutions to demonstrate full funnel business impact.
- Drive and facilitate the adoption and correct implementation of Pixels, SDKs, MMPs, and TikTok Shop integrations.
- Develop and deliver narratives, workshops, and business reviews to upskill clients and cross functional partners.
- Clearly articulate and establish the value of TikTok within the client’s media mix and long term communication strategy.
Account Management, Campaign Management & Reporting
- Manage and grow post sale relationships with clients and agencies, serving as the technical and strategic point of contact.
- Review and challenge media plans with a hands on perspective, providing actionable recommendations.
- Own end to end campaign executional checks: campaign setup validation, creative QA, and compliance.
- Proactively monitor campaign delivery and make real time optimization suggestions.
- Lead conversations on Always On content strategies and performance campaigns.
- Compile, analyse, and present campaign data and insights through reports and account audits.
- Prioritize operational tasks based on urgency and impact.
Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact
- Build trusting relationships with clients, agencies, and internal cross functional teams.
- Navigate cross functional teams effectively to engage appropriate support for campaign challenges.
- Champion product adoption and lead execution of programs, packages, and betas.
- Share responsibility for account and opportunity planning with sales.
- Track and report on revenue impact tied to campaign activities.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across Client Solutions Teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in client services, account, or campaign management in digital performance marketing.
- Hands on experience on platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google.
- Strong understanding of digital media KPIs and ability to optimize campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi market campaign portfolios for branding and performance advertisers.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards).
- High oral fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with revenue bearing responsibilities and managing team targets.
- Background in branding, e commerce marketing, or in house/platform/agency client solutions.
- Ability to implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Pixels, SDKs, and MMPs.
- Familiarity with 3rd party ad measurement/verification partners (e.g., IAS, DV).
- Experience designing and executing strategic education programs to drive product adoption; willing to travel as needed.
