- Take and process in room dining orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer guest calls using professional and courteous telephone etiquette
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen through the POS system
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of food orders at the correct temperature
- Coordinate and deliver guest amenities promptly and accurately
- Manage VIP arrivals and special amenity requests in coordination with the team
- Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and hotel services
- Personalize guest interactions by using guest names and recognizing preferences
- Follow Four Seasons standards, policies, and telephone etiquette
- Foster teamwork and maintain strong collaboration with colleagues
Requirements

- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

- Four Seasons Hotel Doha is a seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital, reimagined with modern grandeur.
- The hotel has 237 rooms, 20 townhouse villas, 10 F&B venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, and extensive facilities.
- The hotel completed a renovation in 2019 and reopened in March 2020.

Job Description
- Take and process in room dining orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer guest calls using professional and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen through the POS system.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of food orders at the correct temperature.
- Coordinate and deliver guest amenities promptly and accurately.
- Manage VIP arrivals and special amenity requests in coordination with the team.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering) to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, restaurant operating hours, and hotel services.
- Personalize guest interactions by using guest names and recognizing VIP/regular guest preferences and allergies.
- Follow Four Seasons standards, policies, and telephone etiquette at all times.
- Foster teamwork and maintain strong collaboration with colleagues, particularly the kitchen team.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can do approach to an assigned task.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language; Arabic is an asset and preferred.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management are preferred.
