Import & Export Operations Coordinator
to support international trade, logistics coordination and operational activities related to food, pharma, nutraceutical and cosmetic ingredients.
This is a

Compensation and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and profile.
The selected candidate will support import/export coordination, documentation management and communication with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting import and export operational activities related to international shipments
- Assisting with shipping documentation and operational follow-up activities
- Supporting coordination with logistics providers, suppliers and business partners
- Assisting with organization of shipment-related documentation and reporting
- Supporting communication between operational, commercial and logistics teams
- Monitoring ongoing operational activities and shipment coordination processes
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2–5 years of experience
- in import/export operations, logistics, shipping or related coordination roles
- Interest or experience within
- food, pharma, nutraceutical, cosmetic or ingredient-related sectors
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and structured working approach
- Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
- Professional fluency in
English
- is required
- Additional languages are a plus
