Role Overview
MoxiWorks is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the internal setup, configuration, and launch execution of MoxiWorks products for new and existing customers.
This role is focused on translating implementation requirements into accurate product configuration, coordinating internal setup tasks, managing launch dependencies, and ensuring products are provisioned correctly and on time.
Rather than acting as the primary customer contact, this role works closely with internal teams such as onboarding, customer success, product, engineering, QA, and support to deliver high-quality implementations behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across systems, and able to manage multiple implementation workflows at once.
