Position Summary
Lead customers through the successful deployment and adoption of Upshop solutions.
Translate business and operational requirements into configurations, data requirements, integration designs, testing plans, training, and deployment activities.
Combine customer engagement, retail operational knowledge, implementation delivery, and technical problem-solving to achieve customer outcomes.
Customer Engagement and Consulting
- Serve as a primary customer-facing resource throughout implementation projects.
- Build relationships with customer business leaders, operational stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Conduct discovery sessions and provide guidance on industry best practices and solution adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing reviews, training sessions, and implementation meetings.
