Job Summary

Customer and Sales Activities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide attentive service.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, availability, and usage.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, conversion objectives, and other performance indicators.
• Recommend products or services that match customer needs and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for complementary products, upgrades, promotions, and additional services.
• Process customer orders and sales transactions according to company procedures and pricing guidelines.

Follow-up and Store Operations

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, product availability, service requests, and post-sale needs.
• Maintain attractive product displays, accurate price labels, stock replenishment, and an organized sales area.
• Monitor product availability, report stock discrepancies, support stock counts, and coordinate replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns within assigned authority and escalate complaints or service risks when needed.

Reporting and Collaboration

• Record customer interactions, sales activities, orders, and relevant market feedback in approved systems.
• Support promotions, product launches, campaigns, and in-store or field sales activities.
• Work with Sales, Store Operations, Customer Service, Inventory, and other teams to support daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and merchandising standards.

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, business development, or a related field is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Alahsa market is preferred.

Sales and Customer Skills

• Ability to engage customers, identify needs, present products, overcome objections, close sales, and achieve assigned targets.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn and accurately communicate product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and availability.
• Ability to influence purchasing decisions and recommend suitable solutions while maintaining positive relationships.

Systems and Work Practices

• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management tools, email, Microsoft Office, and sales or inventory systems is requested.
• Ability to handle transactions, prices, discounts, payments, and basic sales records accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, follow-ups, and daily sales activities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required.
