Role Description
The HVAC Technician is responsible to installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various buildings, focusing on preventive checks, troubleshooting faults, ensuring client/tenant comfort, and documenting all work while adhering strictly to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) standards and often assisting with general building upkeep like plumbing or basic electrical tasks.聽
Roles & Responsibilities
路聽聽Maintenance & Repair: Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (breakdowns) Centralized Air Conditioning System, Air Cooled Screw Type Liquid Chillers, Air Handling Units, Chilled Water System, Package Units, & Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRV) Units.
路聽 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
路聽聽Installation: Install, commission, and decommission new HVAC units and related equipment.
路聽聽Compliance: Ensure all work meets HSEQ standards, company policies, and relevant local/international regulations.
路聽聽Documentation: Accurately log all activities, parts used, and maintenance records in work order systems.
路聽聽Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, facility managers, and team members, providing technical guidance.
Qualifications
路聽Minimum two years of experience, and demonstrated ability in operating, troubleshooting and repairing large-scale industrial, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, including boilers and pneumatic/digital (DDC) control systems.
路聽ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
