- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in construction project delivery
- At least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
