- As an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems—you’re ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their stay
Responsibilities
- Support and guide the HVAC team: Assist with scheduling, training, and supervising HVAC technicians, ensuring maintenance and repair work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain HVAC systems: Perform and oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
- Coordinate daily work activities: Assign and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and accurately recorded in the maintenance management system
- Ensure safety and compliance: Follow and promote safe working practices while helping ensure HVAC equipment and systems comply with applicable regulations and company standards
- Work with contractors and service providers: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or maintenance are required and verify that work is completed satisfactorily
- Respond to service requests: Address HVAC related maintenance requests and comfort concerns promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Carry out preventive maintenance: Assist in planning and completing scheduled preventive maintenance activities to help maximize equipment reliability and performance
- Inspect equipment and facilities: Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and associated systems, identifying maintenance needs and reporting issues requiring further attention
