- Administer HR policies and procedures and coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and assist with performance management activities.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation-related documentation.
- Support personnel management issues and respond to HR inquiries.
- Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and help ensure employment-law compliance.
