About the Role
Lead the global HR function from the company's Dubai headquarters.
Develop people strategies supporting international growth, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and compliance across multiple countries.
Serve as a business partner to executive leadership and oversee the employee lifecycle, HR frameworks, leadership development, and culture.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, expansion, and workforce strategies.
- Drive organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
- Standardize global HR policies while adapting them to local market requirements.
Talent and Development
- Lead global recruitment strategies across regions and business functions.
- Build the employer brand and attract international talent.
- Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines for key positions.
- Design performance management frameworks, KPI systems, reviews, talent assessments, and calibration exercises.
- Develop leadership development, learning, and career progression programs.
