About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Human Resources Director to lead the company's global HR function from our Dubai headquarters. This role is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that support international business growth while ensuring operational excellence,
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, business expansion, and workforce strategies.
- Drive organizational design, change management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Establish standardized global HR policies while adapting to local market requirements.
- Lead global recruitment strategies across multiple regions and business functions.
- Build and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top international talent.
- Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines for key positions.
- Design and implement global performance management frameworks and KPI systems.
- Lead annual performance reviews, talent assessments, and calibration exercises.
- Develop leadership development, learning, and career progression programs.
- Coach senior leaders on people management and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop competitive global compensation and benefits strategies.
