Full-time remote HR and Admin Specialist role requiring Tagalog and English.
The role supports day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, and internal coordination.
HR Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits coordination, and performance-process support.
- Prepare HR documentation and assist with HR policy implementation.
- Respond to employee inquiries in English and Tagalog.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on compliance, reporting, and process improvement.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Support scheduling, documentation management, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth internal operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in day-to-day HR operations and a strong foundation in human resources management.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits.
- Experience in personnel management, employee records, onboarding, and performance processes.
- Fluency in Tagalog and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related systems and common office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Understanding of relevant labor regulations is advantageous.
- Financial services or fast-paced international company experience is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
