Role Overview

Location and Employment

• Full-time HR Specialist role based in Dubai, UAE.
• The position supports multicultural employees and regional teams.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and build talent pipelines.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives across markets.

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documents, and personnel files.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee data updates.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment documents, and internal communications.
• Support HRIS administration and HR reporting.

Employee Relations and Performance

• Handle employee HR-related queries and support engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Assist with disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance concerns, and manager support.
• Support probation reviews, performance evaluations, KPI setting, development plans, and review activities.
• Track performance documentation and follow-up actions.

Policies and Compliance

• Support HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook requirements.
• Align HR processes with employment regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and HR reporting.
• Support HR requirements for employees across countries and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Three to five years of relevant HR experience, preferably spanning recruitment and HR generalist work.
• HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience in multinational, financial services, fintech, technology, digital, or fast-growing organizations is preferred.

Required Skills and Languages

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience and understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR or recruitment systems.
• Fluent English plus at least one of Chinese or Mandarin, Arabic, or Ukrainian.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR practices is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Experience with geographically distributed or remote teams is preferred.
