- Coach and partner with employees and leaders as it relates to HR area(s)
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations; maintain legal documentation
- Interpret, explain, and advise others on human resources guidance, policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information
- Maintain broad understanding of data relevant to HR area(s); manage reporting requests and interpret data for others
- Work independently using initiative to propose solutions to problems

Job Overview
