Responsibilities
- Coordinate employment related documentation, work authorization processes, employee records, and renewals
- Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and company policies
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration, and payroll processes
- Monitor key deadlines and maintain compliance related records
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee Administration
- Strong experience managing payroll, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance processes
- Experience coordinating employment documentation, work permits, employee mobility, and related administrative processes
- Experience managing employee benefits and insurance administration
- Solid knowledge of labour regulations, payroll compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience preparing HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards
- Experience working within the GCC region is an advantage
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Zoho People, Bayzat, BambooHR, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems is preferred
