- Assist with onboarding activities and new joiner documentation
- Liaise with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Assist in maintaining employee communication and awareness programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration
- Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Role Summary
- The HR Officer supports the day to day delivery of HR operations and employee services across the organization.
