Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of PureHealth’s Job Description (JD) Catalogue
- Assist in creating and updating modern, skills based job descriptions aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with business functions to identify critical skills, competencies, and capabilities required for current and future roles
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support organization design and workforce transformation initiatives
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for organization development projects
- Assist the OD team with data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting related to organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, campaigns, and cultural activities from planning through delivery
- Coordinate event logistics, communications, vendor requirements, and participant engagement activities
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture
- Support ongoing culture building programs and help track engagement outcomes and feedback
- Assist with communications and promotional materials related to engagement and culture initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with an interest in organizational effectiveness and people strategy
- Creative and proactive approach to problem solving and employee engagement initiatives

About the Role
- PureHealth is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Organization Development & Culture to support key initiatives that shape the organization’s structure, workforce capabilities, and employee experience.
- This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands on exposure to organisation design, skills transformation, culture development, and employee engagement while working closely with experienced HR professionals and cross functional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
