About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development
- Address employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with the Finance team
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights on recruitment, turnover, attendance, and other HR metrics
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
Requirements
- Hands on experience across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ability to manage end to end recruitment process
- Knowledge of performance management processes
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution

Job Summary
