This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on exposure to the full accounting cycle in a fast-paced UAE business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping — recording invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing of financial documents
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on invoicing and payment matters
- Support the senior accountant / finance manager with audits and ad-hoc reporting
- Prepare basic financial summaries in Excel as required.
What We'Re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- (recently completed)
- 0–1 year of experience
- Solid grasp of basic accounting principles and the accounting cycle
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full accountant role
