Role Description
- The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) manages the execution journey after a client engagement is confirmed.
- Working alongside the Consultant, the CRO becomes the operational specialist supporting the client through documentation, company formation, licensing, visa processing, and related activities.
- The role combines operational execution with client relationship management to ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through completion.
