Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of generalist HR experience gained within fast paced organizations
- Demonstrated experience across organizational development, talent management, change initiatives, and broader people strategy
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Due to Nationalization quotas this position is only open for UAE national

Role Overview
