- Lead the day to day management and performance of an existing real estate portfolio
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities across multiple real estate sectors
- Drive capital allocation, portfolio optimisation, refinancing, and exit strategies
- Oversee underwriting, due diligence, transaction execution, and post acquisition asset management
- Work closely with principals on investment strategy, risk management, and long term value creation
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, operating partners, lenders, investors, and advisors
- Establish scalable processes and governance appropriate for a high performing private investment platform
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in real estate investments, development, asset management, or principal investing
- Demonstrated track record sourcing, executing, and managing direct real estate investments
- Experience operating within a family office, private investment firm, developer, sovereign wealth fund, pension fund, private equity platform, or institutional investor
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to operate autonomously
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, principal led environment with high accountability
- Experience across acquisitions, asset management, capital structuring, and portfolio management
- GCC experience is advantageous but not essential

Overview

Key Responsibilities
