- Lead the operational infrastructure supporting investment, finance, treasury, and portfolio management activities
- Develop and implement technology strategies that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision making
- Build consolidated reporting frameworks across public markets, private equity, real estate, and operating businesses
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, automation projects, and process optimisation across the organisation
- Manage relationships with external technology providers, custodians, fund administrators, auditors, and banking partners
- Establish robust governance, controls, data management, and operational risk frameworks
- Oversee investment operations including cash management, capital activity tracking, reporting, and workflow management
- Introduce scalable data and analytics capabilities to support executive and investment decision making
- Partner closely with principals, executives, and portfolio company leadership teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across operations, technology, transformation, investment operations, or platform management
- Experience within a family office, sovereign wealth fund, asset manager, private equity firm, investment platform, or large holding company
- Strong understanding of investment reporting, data management, and operational processes
- Proven track record leading technology implementations, automation initiatives, or enterprise transformation programmes
- Ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial environment while bringing institutional quality processes and governance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior executives and principals
