- Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their HR needs and supporting overall business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment cycle in coordination with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent
- Oversee day to day HR operations and ensure efficient service delivery
- Lead and implement performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
- Provide HR guidance and advisory to managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision making
- Support employee development initiatives and contribute to enhancing the work environment
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management
- Previous experience in construction or operations & maintenance companies is preferred
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
