Responsibilities
- Install Huawei microwave (MW) and wireless (WL) equipment on telecom towers and rooftop sites
- Install and align microwave dishes, RF antennas, RRUs, feeders, jumpers, and mounting hardware
- Perform tower climbing, rigging, cable routing, grounding, and fiber installation
- Support site integration, commissioning, and ATP activities
- Conduct basic troubleshooting, VSWR testing, and alarm rectification
- Ensure all installations comply with Huawei standards and EHS requirements
- Complete site documentation and daily work reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on Huawei MW/WL rigging experience
- Experience with Huawei LTE/5G and microwave network deployment
- Ability to climb telecom towers and work safely at heights
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
- Huawei certification is preferred
- Work at Height (WAH) certification is an advantage
