- Deliver classroom and online HSE training programs for corporate clients.
- Design and customize course content based on client requirements.
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable programs.
- Facilitate workshops on key HSE topics (e.g., workplace safety, risk assessment, incident investigation).
- Ensure training aligns with international standards and best practices.
- Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Support business development by assisting in proposals and client meetings.
- Stay updated with latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of training experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Highfield etc)
- Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences (blue collar to senior management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of training experience
