- Design and customize course content based on client requirements
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable programs
- Facilitate workshops on key HSE topics (e.g., workplace safety, risk assessment, incident investigation)
- Ensure training aligns with international standards and best practices
- Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises
- Support business development by assisting in proposals and client meetings
- Stay updated with latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of training experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Highfield etc)
- Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences (blue collar to senior management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to design and deliver high impact training programs in Health, Safety & Environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of training experience.

- Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs.
