About the Role
ASIA Prime General Contracting seeks an experienced HSE Site Manager to lead HSE management system implementation across project sites in Dubai. Requires NEBOSH/OSHAD certification and 10+ years UAE high-rise building construction experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the HSE Management System across project sites
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE legislation, client requirements, and company policies
- Manage and supervise the site HSE team, providing guidance and technical support to project management
- Develop and implement project specific HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments, and emergency response plans
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions
- Promote HSE awareness through inductions, training programs, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns
- Monitor emergency preparedness, firefighting systems, medical activities, and emergency response drills
- Review construction methods, lifting operations, plant and equipment, and subcontractor HSE performance to minimize project risks
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Prepare and present HSE reports, performance statistics, and management updates
- Foster a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement in occupational health, safety, and environmental performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with NEBOSH / IOSH Certification, OSHAD and Level 6 Certification
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high rise building construction projects
- Knowledge in DM COP, DDA Regulations, NFPA Standards, UAE construction federal
- Knowledge in potentially hazardous materials and practices
- Previous experience with EMAAR

Job Overview
