Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address HSE issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and guidance to employees and contractors.
- Prepare HSE reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety.
- 15 Years experience in the construction industry,
- 5 of which as an HSE Director in UAE
