- Investigate incidents and near misses, compiling detailed reports to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to establish and maintain an effective HSE management system that aligns with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in HSE coordination or related role
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Ability to conduct site inspections and identify hazards
- Experience in developing and delivering HSE training
- Strong report writing and communication skills
