About The Role

Our client, a prestigious UAE-based Foundation representing the UAE on global platforms, international forums, and world expos, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join their leadership team.

This is a senior-level opportunity for local professional who can act as a trusted thinking partner to leadership, helping shape and drive the organization’s people strategy, culture, organizational effectiveness, and long-term HR vision.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR experience within the UAE market, combined with a strategic mindset, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate within a high-profile and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior leadership and stakeholders on HR strategy and organizational development initiatives
  • Develop and implement people strategies aligned with the Foundation’s long-term vision and objectives
  • Act as a strategic advisor and thinking partner on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational structure
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture development, leadership capability, and performance management
  • Review and enhance HR policies, frameworks, and governance in line with UAE regulations and best practices
  • Support the attraction, development, and retention of high-performing talent
  • Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and people practices
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders where required

Candidate Profile

  • Local candidate is preferred
  • Graduate from New York University Abu Dhabi preferred
  • Experience within Human Resources in the UAE market is essential
  • Open to candidates from approximately 2 to 20+ years of experience, provided they demonstrate strong strategic capability and leadership potential
  • Background in corporate, government, foundations, family offices, or professional organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of UAE employment practices and organizational culture
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness
