About the Role
Meaven Group is seeking a Dubai-based HR Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment, payroll processing, visa administration, and performance appraisal systems. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and experience with MOHRE/GDRFA/ICP portals.

Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings across various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups
- Proactively source, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates
- Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding lifecycle and maintain accurate HR personnel files
- Track, audit, and consolidate monthly employee attendance data for payroll calculation
- Collaborate with Finance to manage payroll process, calculating allowances, leave encashment, and deductions
- Manage salary disbursement compliance via UAE WPS and coordinate with clients for fund transfers
- Navigate MOHRE and GDRFA/ICP portals for application, renewal, and cancellation of employment visas and labor contracts
- Monitor and process renewals for company Trade Licenses, establishment cards, medical insurance, and specialized certificates
- Assist in designing, optimizing, and implementing performance appraisal management systems (KPIs/OKRs)
- Handle internal conflict resolution, manage disciplinary procedures, and issue HR documents
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Deep familiarity with UAE Labour Law and practical navigation of MOHRE platforms
- Hands on experience in UAE visa processing and WPS payroll operations (mandatory)
- Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational, multitasking, coordination, and cross cultural conflict resolution skills
- Basic conversational proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Prepare recruitment materials, post job openings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage full cycle onboarding/offboarding.
- Payroll & Attendance Management: Track attendance, calculate payroll, manage WPS compliance, and coordinate with Finance.
- Visa Processing & Compliance: Navigate MOHRE and GDRFA/ICP portals for visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts; monitor renewals for licenses and insurance.
- Performance Appraisal System: Assist in designing and implementing KPI/OKR systems, consolidate performance data, and support evaluation meetings.
- General HR Duties: Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and issue HR documents; act as trusted advisor to management.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; capable of drafting corporate emails and legal documents.
- Basic conversational proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Deeply familiar with UAE Labour Law and practical navigation of MOHRE platforms.
- Hands on experience in UAE visa processing and WPS payroll operations is mandatory.
- Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational, multitasking, coordination, and cross cultural conflict resolution skills.
