We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our business setup and banking divisions.
You will be the "engine room" of the office, ensuring that all paperwork is flawless and that the administrative hurdles of company setup and bank account opening are cleared efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for company incorporation, MOAs, and board resolutions.
- Assist clients in gathering KYC documents, filling out bank application forms, and coordinating meetings with bank relationship managers.
- Maintain an updated log of all ongoing applications and proactively follow up on pending approvals.
- Coordinate with the PRO team to ensure all visa and licensing documents are submitted correctly.
- Provide clear, professional updates to clients regarding their administrative progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience within Dubai. Familiarity with the local business environment is a must.
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken) is a non-negotiable requirement.
- You must be someone who catches the "small mistakes" in legal documents before they are submitted.
- High sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a helpful, proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage sensitive client data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
