Position Summary

  • This role serves as a key engine driving the company's business expansion.
  • You will focus intensely on 'Relationship Building and Partner Acquisition', with the primary responsibility of establishing, growing, and maintaining a high performing network of referral partners across Dubai.
  • This position is heavily focused on front end market exploration and connection building; you are not required to be a product expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and onboard qualified channel partners within Dubai’s financial and real estate ecosystems.
  • Relationship Management: Build trusted, long term relationships with partners and serve as their first point of contact.
  • Establish Priority Institutional Accounts: Build and manage a strategic portfolio of priority institutional accounts while concurrently driving open market partner development.
  • Lead Handover & Coordination: Seamlessly hand over qualified partner referrals to our closing and fulfillment teams, and ensure partner relationships remain warm post onboarding.
  • CRM & Target Achievement: Maintain precise and real time partner activity records within the company CRM, and consistently achieve monthly partner acquisition targets.

Requirements & Work Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or relationship management within Dubai's real estate, banking, wealth management, corporate services, or family office sectors.
  • [Strong Advantage] Possession of an active, accessible local professional network in Dubai is highly preferred.
  • [Highly Encouraged] Current or former private bankers and RERA licensed real estate agents are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to actively learn and successfully complete our structured product certification training during the onboarding period.
