Role Description
- The HR Specialist role is a part time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The HR Specialist will manage day to day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating performance and development initiatives.
- The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, assisting with employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations.
- The HR Specialist will also provide guidance to team members on HR related matters, support a positive work culture, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR operations and support organizational needs.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant practices across the organization.
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including coordinating benefits programs and responding to employee inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, facilitate collaboration, and support a diverse professional community.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in networking, professional associations, or member based organizations is an advantage.
