Role Description
- The Dispatcher role at Network. Lead. Exchange. UAE is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with some flexibility for work from home.
- The dispatcher coordinates schedules, meetings, and events for members, ensuring that information and updates are communicated promptly and accurately.
- Day to day activities include managing communication channels, assigning and tracking tasks, maintaining records of member interactions, and providing logistical support for networking sessions and business events.
- The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners to confirm arrangements, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource use.
- The dispatcher contributes to a smooth operational flow, helping members stay informed and connected so they can fully benefit from the networking community.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple schedules and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous approach to member and partner interactions.
- Comfort with digital tools such as scheduling software, online communication platforms, and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, calendars).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, tracking tasks, and documenting meeting and event logistics.
- Proactive problem solving skills, with the ability to anticipate conflicts, suggest solutions, and adapt to changing plans.
- Customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset, with experience in coordination, administration, or operations considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on site presence in Dubai with remote work responsibilities.
- Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, event coordination, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory; relevant short courses or vocational training in administration or business support are a plus.
