Role Description
- The Advertising Specialist is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on site collaboration with the option to work from home.
- This role involves planning and executing advertising campaigns that promote the Network. Lead. Exchange. UAE brand and events across digital and traditional channels.
- Day to day responsibilities include developing ad copy and creatives, managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement.
- The Advertising Specialist will work closely with marketing and networking teams to align advertising initiatives with overall growth strategies and member acquisition goals.
- The role also includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and preparing performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills to craft clear messaging and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Marketing skills to design and implement effective advertising strategies across relevant channels.
- Sales awareness to understand conversion drivers and support member acquisition and event participation.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (such as social media ads and search ads) and basic knowledge of analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
- A background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, and prior experience in advertising or promotion within networking or events is beneficial.
