Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualification or MBA is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Middle East retail and luxury landscape
- Broad HR leadership background across talent, organization design, performance, employee relations, and people development
- 5 7 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role within luxury, retail, or international consumer driven environment
- Solid knowledge of GCC labor regulations and HR practices
- Demonstrated agility, execution focus, sound judgment and integrity
- Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively across functions and markets
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

- The HR Senior Manager for the Middle East serves as a strategic business partner, responsible for the alignment, effective implementation, and continuous monitoring of HR policies and initiatives within the Region. Job responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering with Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to regional and market leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that support growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness across the Middle East.
- Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, anticipate talent needs, and shape structures, roles, and succession pipelines that enable agility and sustainable business performance.
- Performance, Talent & Leadership Advisory: Guide managers on performance management, talent reviews, and leadership development, ensuring differentiated talent decisions and strong people leadership aligned with business objectives.
- Culture & Talent Engagement: Champion talent engagement across the assigned region in collaboration with central HR team and functional leaders. Enable leaders to activate Fendi culture through consistent behaviors and team practices.
- Change Management & Employee Relations: Support business transformation by leading the people side of change, advising leaders on complex employee relations matters, and ensuring decisions are locally relevant, compliant, and consistent with company values.
- Data Driven People Decisions & Cross Functional Influence: Use people insights and HR metrics to challenge, influence, and support business decisions, while partnering with Finance, Retail, and regional stakeholders to drive a high performing and resilient organization.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with the cultural awareness and credibility to influence diverse stakeholders across the Middle East; French is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East retail and luxury landscape, with the ability to connect market dynamics, commercial priorities, and people strategies.
- Broad HR leadership background across talent, organization design, performance, employee relations, and people development, with the ability to translate business priorities into effective HR actions.
- 5 7 yrs of experience in a senior HR leadership role within luxury, retail, or an international consumer driven environment, with proven success partnering senior business leaders across multiple markets.
- Solid knowledge of GCC labor regulations and HR practices, with the ability to balance compliance, business needs, and employee experience across different markets.
- Demonstrated agility, execution focus, and sound judgment and integrity, with a hands on approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, matrix, and evolving environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions, markets, and corporate teams, fostering alignment, trust, and a one team mindset.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build trust with senior leaders and managers.
