Job Overview

  • Autorun – OMODA & JAECOO Dubai is seeking a results driven HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support high volume hiring and HR operations across showroom, aftersales, and corporate functions.
  • This role is recruitment focused, with additional responsibility for HR coordination, onboarding, employee records, and compliance support.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding coordination, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid level roles.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and databases.
  • Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews (phone/video).
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Track recruitment progress, hiring metrics, and vacancy status.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining confirmations.
  • Maintain employee personnel files (digital and physical).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee data updates.
  • Prepare HR letters (employment certificates, NOCs, warning letters, confirmations).
  • Support payroll coordination through accurate attendance and leave data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Hands on experience with ATS systems, recruitment trackers, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR reporting tools.
  • Talent sourcing & candidate screening.
  • Interview coordination & hiring support.
  • HR administration & employee records management.
  • Onboarding & compliance coordination.
  • Strong organizational, follow up, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Fluent English.
