Autorun – OMODA & JAECOO Dubai seeks a results-driven HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and HR operations across showroom, aftersales, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid level roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and databases
- Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms
- Conduct initial screening interviews (phone/video)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
- Track recruitment progress, hiring metrics, and vacancy status
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining confirmations
- Maintain employee personnel files (digital and physical)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee data updates
- Prepare HR letters (employment certificates, NOCs, warning letters, confirmations)
- Support payroll coordination through accurate attendance and leave data
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR and Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Hands on experience with ATS systems, recruitment trackers, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Fluent English

Job Overview
- Autorun – OMODA & JAECOO Dubai is seeking a results driven HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support high volume hiring and HR operations across showroom, aftersales, and corporate functions.
- This role is recruitment focused, with additional responsibility for HR coordination, onboarding, employee records, and compliance support.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding coordination, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
