About the role

  • The HR Project Manager supports and executes strategic HR initiatives across the region, including organizational transformation, talent management, and process optimization.
  • Partners closely with HR Heads to define project scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drives continuous improvement through data driven insights, change management, and effective communication.

Main accountabilities

  • End to end delivery & project plans, timelines, and tracking/reporting mechanisms for regional HR programs.
  • Support regional localization initiatives, with focus on KSA and GCC.
  • Track and consolidate localization metrics & ratios, Nitaqat/Emiratization/Bahrainization status, and related KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to meet MEC regional regulatory and training requirements.
  • Coordinate execution of regional learning and development initiatives across MEC.
  • Generate insights and data collection for HR Heads for SWP, succession planning & performance.
  • Support Employee engagement initiatives and communications.
  • Act as regional point of coordination for cross country HR initiatives.
  • Support regional workforce localization planning through data analysis, coordination, and implementation.
  • Support with data and reporting for succession planning and performance.

Desired experience and qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Human resources.
  • Strong HR project management and regional coordination experience.
  • Data analytics and stakeholder management.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Languages: English and Arabic.

  • Strong understanding of localizations laws in the region and regional HR operational procedures.
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
  • Cultural awareness across GCC region.
