Job Overview

  • We are partnering with a well established and growing organisation in Dubai that is looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join their team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, has a strong understanding of payroll and employee lifecycle management, and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day HR Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes.
  • Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave management, deductions, and end of service settlements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Support visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave and attendance while acting as a key point of contact for HR related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures and local labour regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations.
