Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes.
- Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave management, deductions, and end of service settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
- Support visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Administer employee benefits, leave and attendance while acting as a key point of contact for HR related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures and local labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations.

- Experience in HR operations and payroll processing
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- 1 7 years of experience
