About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior stakeholder.
  • This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the executive, managing priorities, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth running of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling requirements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs, and executive correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate senior level meetings, events, and boardroom activities.
  • Manage confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track actions, priorities, and follow ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Support business projects and administrative initiatives as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, C suite leaders, or senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience within multinational corporations (MNCs) or large regional conglomerates.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period are highly preferred.
