About the Role

  • Customer Service Executive (After Sales Support) responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating service requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for after sales inquiries, service requests, and customer complaints.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support regarding products, warranties, maintenance, and services.
  • Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and service requests within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex cases where required and monitor progress until closure.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
  • Coordinate machine collections and scrap list management activities.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes.
  • Prepare customer service reports and track KPIs to support performance management.
