- Support the ongoing enhancement of retail and B2B e commerce platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, including navigation, search functionality, product pages and checkout
- Work closely with IT and development teams to coordinate new features, enhancements and user testing
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver digital campaigns, promotions and seasonal initiatives
- Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Produce regular reports on key metrics, including online sales, conversion, customer retention and product performance
- Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and overall digital performance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Marketing and Finance
Requirements
- Experience in e commerce product management and digital strategy
- Strong understanding of online customer journey and UX
- Ability to collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations teams
- Analytical skills to interpret customer behavior and website performance data
- Experience with digital campaigns and promotions
