Role Overview
The HR Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day transactional and operational work for HR Shared Services across the Americas.
The role provides consistent, timely, and professional support to employees and managers.
Employee and Manager Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
- Receive, triage, and resolve requests through Zendesk.
- Manage the ticket queue, meet service-level targets, and maintain accurate case notes.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved requests as appropriate.
Onboarding and Transactions
- Coordinate background checks, references, offer documentation, and other pre-employment activities.
- Collect and process work authorization documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Complete new-hire setup in HRIS systems and coordinate Day 1 readiness.
- Process hires, job changes, compensation updates, leaves, terminations, and employment verifications.
Process and Data Quality
- Complete HRIS transactions according to data-entry standards and standard operating procedures.
