Role overview
Lead structural engineering design, project execution, and technical delivery across medium to complex building and infrastructure projects.
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams while overseeing quality, schedules, budgets, regulatory compliance, and client engagement.
Support engineering services from proposal development and detailed design through permitting, tendering, construction review, and project closeout.
Key responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering design activities and oversee project delivery, including schedule management, budget control, and resource coordination.
- Prepare, review, and seal structural design packages in accordance with applicable design standards.
- Provide technical advisory services and engineering consultation throughout project execution.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including new clients, projects, and market relationships.
- Prepare engineering proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, regulatory authorities, and internal design disciplines.
- Develop permit and tender documentation, including engineering specifications and construction drawings.
- Oversee construction review services and monitor conformance with design intent.
