A wellness-focused company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time HR Officer to support day-to-day people operations. The role covers HR administration, employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Manage core HR administration, employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Support onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, renewals, and employee lifecycle processes
- Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Maintain HRIS data, leave balances, attendance records, and employee files
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance, including leave, salary changes, WPS, and related documentation
- Support PRO and government processes, including visas, work permits, Emirates ID, labour cards, MoHRE, and ADGM related documentation
- Help ensure HR processes remain compliant with UAE Mainland Labour Law and ADGM Employment Regulations
- Support leadership with HR documentation, policies, employee relations, and basic compliance matters
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR generalist, HR officer, people operations, or HR administration experience in the UAE
- Good working knowledge of UAE Mainland Labour Law and MoHRE processes
- Exposure to ADGM Employment Regulations is a strong advantage
- Experience with HR administration, employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and employee records
- Experience supporting payroll coordination, PRO processes, visas, work permits, or related government documentation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee topics with empathy and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, beauty, healthcare, or other service based businesses is a plus
