- Build, run, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to drive bookings and client acquisition
- Own budget allocation and ROAS
- Own the retention engine across email, WhatsApp, and automated flows
- Segment client base and run reactivation, win back, and loyalty campaigns
- Build and maintain dashboards across channels, website, and CRM
- Maintain UTM discipline and Meta pixel/CAPI tracking
- Plan, schedule, and manage organic content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Handle community management to keep audience engaged
- Support promotion of workshops, community events, launches, and brand collaborations
Requirements
- 3+ years full stack B2C digital marketing experience
- Wellness, fitness, or membership background strongly preferred
- Hands on experience with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Canva and basic CapCut
- Exceptional communication skills

About the Role
