Strategic HR and Leadership

Employee Experience and Compliance

- Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures and compliance with employment laws, pay equity standards, and internal policies.
Policies, Development, and Performance
- Design and refine HR policies to support strategic business objectives.
- Lead training programmes for employee growth and leadership development.
- Oversee performance management systems and guide performance improvement and talent development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in senior leadership roles.
- Expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple professional domains.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with advanced HR tools, systems, and analytics.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualification
- Professional certification such as CIPD is strongly preferred.
